In many HVAC and industrial systems, filters are replaced according to a maintenanceschedule or simply "just in case." In reality, however, their actual condition can be assessedmuch more accurately.

All you need to do is measure the pressure upstream and downstream of the filter.

ProSens with two universal inputs allows you to connect two pressure transmitters and, thanks to its built-in mathematical functions, continuously calculate:

ΔP = P₁ − P₂

that is, the actual pressure drop across the filter.

When the pressure difference exceeds the defined threshold, the device can:
